Mineral oil is inexpensive and commonly used in body products and baby oil. It is also a petrochemical product and depletes vitamin K from the body.

If you see glycerin listed as an ingredient on a label know that all the naturally occurring glycerin has been extracted and re-added in amounts deemed necessary to list as ingredient.

Our goat milk-based soaps contain only fresh unadulterated liquid milk. Be skeptical if a product contains processed goats milk. Using goat milk products made with dried or pasteurized milk compromises the skin- friendly enzymes and minerals so wonderful for good skin care.

The same scenario holds true with honey-enriched products. It can only be beneficial if raw honey is used. Pasteurized honey is much less effective because of the heating process necessary for pasteurizing.
